CITY CENTER LAS VEGAS is the newest and largest
luxury mixed-use development to be announced in Las Vegas.
MGM MIRAGE is developing this $7 billion mixed-use luxury
mixed-use community on the famous Las Vegas Strip, between
the Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts. Public sales for condos
begin in January, 2007. This property will feature a 4,000
hotel/casino, two 400-room non-gaming boutique hotels, including
the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, 500,000 square feet of
retail, dining and entertainment venues, all surrounding
approximately 2,700 luxury condominium residences. Occupancy
is anticipated for 2009. According to MGM MIRAGE Chairman
and CEO Terry Lanni, "the residential opportunities
at CityCenter are diverse, all catering to the individual,
international tastes of buyers who want the comforts of
home, and then some, in the heart of the most exciting destination
in the world."
Veer Towers is designed as two
glass towers, angled in opposite directions. The 37-story
towers will each house approximately 350 condominiums, ranging
from 500 to 2,600 square feet. Studios, 1 and 2 bedroom flats
and penthouses will be available. Atop each tower will be
an "infinity edge" swimming pool, fitness center,
spa, cabanas and a patio for outdoor entertaining. Upscale
dining, lavish shopping and exciting nightlife and entertainment
are all part of the experience that residents will enjoy.
Vdara Condo Hotel will be the
sole condo hotel at CityCenter. The 50 story ebony tower will
feature unique interior designs with spectacular views of
the Strip and Las Vegas valley. Vdara will offer approximately
1,543 residential units including studios, deluxe studios
1 bedroom suites, and 1 and 2 bedroom multi-level penthouse
suites, ranging from 500 to 1,850 square feet. Amenities for
residents and guests will include a luxurious spa and salon,
pool with cabanas, fitness center, famous destination restaurant,
24-hour concierge service, state of the art conference and
meeting facilities, housekeeping, valet in-room dining. Residents
will also have the option of renting their condos on a nightly
basis through hotel management.
The Harmon Hotel & Residences
is designed to offer the hip, exclusive living on the Strip,
with each room offering its own unique design elements. The
hotel's pool deck will be perched 100 feet above the Strip,
providing full views of the Strip. Residents will have full
access to all hotel amenities, including a private lounge
in the lobby, dining, exciting retail boutiques, the luxurious
spa with in-room services available, housekeeping, concierge,
valet and in-room dining. The Harmon's tower will offer 400
hotel rooms and approximately 228 condominiums from 800 to
4,200 square feet, including 1 and 2 bedroom flats and penthouses.
The Harmon Residences will be released for sale in mid-2007.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas will offer
the prestige of an internationally renowned hotel with resort
brand amenities, with a world-class, five star residential
hotel. Residents are treated as permanent guests, with access
to the hotel's gourmet dining, concierge, doorman, housekeeping,
valet services and a private owner's lobby and clubroom.
Condos include 1 and 2 bedroom plans, as well as 2 and 3
bedroom penthouses ranging from 1,000 to 4,100 square feet.
